We have been in the fireplace industry since 1986 and we only deal with the manufacturers who stand above the rest as market leaders ensuring the latest technology and rigorous quality control.

All the goods on this website come complete with a manufacturers 12 months guarantee and the full back up service expected from them.

HOW TO USE THE SITE
On the left hand side you will see a list of the products that we sell. Click on to a category, and a drop-down list will appear. If you click onto one of these, you will go to a page that has all the products in that range available. From there, you can start shopping or just browse.

ONLINE ORDERING
We take your order information and payment details through a 128 Bit SSL strongly encrypted connection. There are other payment options - select the Terms & Conditions from the list on the left hand side of the page.

If there is anything you wish to order, it couldn't be easier, just add goods to your shopping cart and then check out. Follow the simple instructions and we will contact you regarding delivery.

If you change your mind, you can easily remove items from your shopping list by ticking the remove box and clicking on update. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
